Die Casting
UMAY has a machine configuration that surpasses its peers, our 200 tonne die casting machine is suitable for larger handle moulds and can produce 10 handles or more per die casting. So while increasing capacity, efficiency is also increased, and with a larger tonnage, the better the liquid aluminum flow, the more beautiful the finished product.
Polishing
UMAY combines automated polishing with hand polishing to make every handle as good as it can be. At the same time, we have specialists who carry out in-process quality checks to ensure that the surface of the product is smooth and free of burrs or edges, ensuring that the product meets your quality expectations.
Electroplating
The plating layer of high-quality door hardware products is often bright and even, with natural color and good density, and the plating layer is visually thick. Poor quality door hardware products have dull plating luster, and thin plating and are easy to rust, wear, flake and blister in a short period.
The surface of all UMAY door handles is precisely smooth, with a 130 micron finish on all parts, although higher finishes are possible. After machining, all our aluminium handles pass a salt spray test of no less than 96 hours to ensure that our aluminium handles are ultra-highly resistant to corrosion and have a long-lasting, durable look.
