Punching workshop
High-quality lock production is closely linked to high standard of coil material. Dozens of stamping machines are constantly producing lock housings, front platess, fasteners, etc. Continuous moulds made by UMAY’s engineers greatly increase productivity.
Electroplating workshop
The plating layer of high-quality door lock products is often bright and even, with natural color and good density, and the plating layer is visually thick. Poor quality door lock products have dull plating luster, and thin plating and are easy to rust, wear, flake and blister in a short period. Our door locks have a life expectancy of more than 100,000 cycles. And all our door locks pass a salt spray test of no less than 48 hours.
